Installing & Logging in to SnapShot
SnapShot is accessed via the web or through the app downloaded from your device's app store (Android or iOS). Search "SnapShot by bidadoo" in the App or Play store.
Logging In
Web Portal
The web portal is accessed through your web browser and allows you to create and manage inspections, assets and change profile information, as well as allows administrators to configure organizational settings, such as creating users, organizational units, inspection templates and editing security settings via the admin console.
To login to the portal:
- In your web browser, visit https://snapshot.bidadoo.com and click the Login button
- Enter your user name (typically your email address)
- Enter your password and click Login
- Alternatively, if your organization has enabled single sign on, click the button to Sign in with SSO, enter your username, and you'll be directed to login through your identity provider
Mobile App
Install the mobile app on your device (tablet or phone) via an app store. The app allows you to create and manage inspections, assets, and change profile information. Search for "SnapShot by bidadoo".
To Login to the app:
- Open the app on your device
- Enter your user name (typically your email address)
- Enter your password and click Login
- Alternatively, if your organization has enabled single sign on, click the button to Sign in with SSO, enter your username, and you'll be directed to login through your identity provider
Multi Factor Authentication
If your organization has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled, after successful login you'll need to enter a time based one time password that's delivered to the method (SMS or authenticator app) that you have configured, or that your organization has enabled. The first time you log in, you might be prompted to set up MFA. If you no longer have access to the device that was originally configured with MFA, contact your org admin, or open a ticket on the support portal.
Single Sign-On
For enterprise users, if your organization has single sign-on enabled, in web or mobile click the Sign in with SSO button, enter your user name assigned by your identity provider, and follow the steps to sign in. Contact your org admin for support.
