Offline Access

Enable Offline Access on mobile to complete inspections without internet connectivity.

Enable Offline Access

From Settings, toggle the Offline Access button on
When enabled, inspection templates are automatically downloaded to your phone in the background for use in offline inspections

Offline Mode

When you don't have an internet connection and offline access is enabled, the app will automatically go into offline mode. While in offline mode:

The Home & Assets menus are disabled
The Inspections menu will show inspections in Assigned to me, Shared with me and Completed status
When an offline inspection is submitted, the status will change to Syncing until an internet connection is established and the inspection data can be synced with the server
